基于VxWorks 6.x的动车组CCU/ERM若干问题研究

摘要： 在轨道交通控制系统中，为了保证车辆控制稳定和运行数据及故障记录准确可靠，其关键部件——中央控制单元（Central Control Unit， CCU）和数据记录单元（Event Record Machine， ERM）采用嵌入式实时操作系统VxWorks。一般情况下，该系统启动时需要先启动DOS，之后再被当作一般软件调用启动。在系统启动失败、前面板6个灯常亮故障的基础上，研究DOS对电子盘的读写对其启动过程的影响，提出并验证一种可以直接在FAT32格式电子盘上启动解决方案，避免系统启动失败问题。然后结合作者遇到的不同版本VxWorks在应用过程中的UDP单播问题、FTP文件传输问题、启动检查DBR及读写LBA扇区问题进行测试，并提出了解决方案。

Abstract： In the network communication control system of rail transit, in order to ensure the stability of vehicle control and the accuracy and reliability of operation data and fault records, the central control unit (CCU) and event record machine (ERM), the key components, adopt an embedded real-time operating system VxWorks. Generally, when the system starts, it needs to start the DOS first, and then it is started as a general software call. In this paper, based on the system startup failure and the failure of 6 lights on the front panel, it studies the influence of DOS reading and writing to the electronic disk on its startup process, and proposes and validates a solution that can directly start on the FAT32 format electronic disk to avoid the problem of system startup failure. Then, according to the problems of UDP unicast, FTP file transfer, DBR startup check and LBA sector read and write in different versions of VxWorks encountered by the author, the solutions are put forward.

引言
自从某款中央控制单元(Central Control Unit,CCU)和数据记录单元(Event Record Machine，ERM)设备应用到各项目之后，陆续收到多起客服人员反馈关于该CCU和ERM上电启动时全部6个灯常亮、VxWorks操作系统不启动的问题。作者在调试过程中也遇到不同VxWorks版本的若干问题，都将在本文中讨论。
